All third parties with whom helpslit shares personal data are required to process that data only for the specified purpose and in accordance with helpslit's instructions and applicable Philippine data privacy law.

7Cookies & Tracking Technologies

helpslit uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform. The following types of cookies are used:

• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC Documents: Retained for five (5) years after account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing dispute.
• Technical & Usage Logs: Retained for twelve (12) months, after which they are anonymised or deleted.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date consent was given or withdrawn, as evidence of compliance.

When personal data is no longer required, helpslit securely deletes or anonymises it in accordance with industry best practices.

9Data Security

helpslit implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and helpslit's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (Transport Layer Security). The helpslit platform is accessible exclusively over HTTPS.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data stored on helpslit's servers — including financial data and KYC documents — is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

11Children's Privacy

The helpslit platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and older. helpslit does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process.

12International Data Transfers

helpslit's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or KYC verification services), helpslit ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including:

• Data processing agreements that require the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
• Transfer only to countries or organisations that the NPC has determined provide an adequate level of data protection.
• Standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC, where no adequacy determination exists.

helpslit will not transfer your personal data to any jurisdiction that does not provide adequate data protection safeguards without your explicit consent.

13Changes to This Privacy Policy

helpslit reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the services we offer. When material changes are made, helpslit will notify registered players via the email address on file at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the helpslit platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the revised policy, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
