Access to helpslit is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and older. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. Age verification is required before any deposit is processed.
Each player may hold only one helpslit account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account credentials.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Misuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.

Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. helpslit employs age verification technology and manual review processes to prevent access by minors. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
To access real-money games on helpslit, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
5.1 Deposits. helpslit accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit card. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. helpslit does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.

helpslit offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the helpslit Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.
7.2 RNG Certification. All slot and virtual table games on helpslit use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and dice operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes are determined by physical processes and are not subject to software manipulation.
7.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, helpslit reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. helpslit is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.
7.5 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the game round in question by contacting helpslit's support team. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the helpslit Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, helpslit's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
helpslit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if helpslit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
helpslit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes helpslit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
helpslit reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, helpslit reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where the termination arises from a breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting helpslit's support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the helpslit Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions, helpslit's internal dispute resolution process (see Section 7.5) must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
helpslit reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, helpslit will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the helpslit Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.
